These Terms govern the use of Lockhart’s List at lockhartslist.com, operated by Jordan Michael Lockhart, Business ID 3347063-1, Pikkuniemenkatu 4 B, Tampere, Finland (“Lockhart’s List,” “we,” “us”).

Use of Lockhart’s List
Lockhart’s List provides reference information concerning Leica cameras, including models, variants, serial numbers, production records, images, documented sales, and estimated values.
You may use information from Lockhart’s List for personal purposes and in connection with the commercial purchase, sale, description, or evaluation of individual cameras.
You may not systematically copy, extract, reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape, or sell the database or substantial portions of it, or use it to create, maintain, or update a competing / existing database.
Estimated Values and Records
Estimated values are reference estimates based on documented market information and are not appraisals, offers to purchase, or guarantees of a future sale price.
Classifications, quantities, serial-number records, sales records, images, and estimated values may be corrected, added, removed, or updated as new information becomes available.
We do not guarantee that all information is complete or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Lockhart’s List Plus
Lockhart’s List Plus costs €29 per month and provides access to the Plus features described on the subscription page. Access begins immediately after successful payment.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal, accessible from your profile/account page on this website.
Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Plus access remains available until that period ends. No prorated refund is provided for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
Selling Inquiries
Submitting information through a “Sell Your Camera” form or otherwise contacting Lockhart’s List about a camera is an inquiry only. It does not create an obligation to buy or sell, an appraisal agreement, consignment agreement, or other transaction unless separately agreed.
Intellectual Property
The compilation, organization, classification, and other protected elements of Lockhart’s List and its database are owned by Jordan Lockhart and are protected by applicable copyright and database rights, including, where applicable, rights under Directive 96/9/EC.
Images displayed on Lockhart’s List are used with permission from their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, altered, or redistributed without permission from the applicable rights holder.
Lockhart’s List is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Leica Camera AG or any related company. Leica and other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Availability
We may update, correct, add, remove, or discontinue website content or features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website.
Mandatory consumer rights relating to paid digital services are not affected by these Terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers retain any mandatory protections granted by the law applicable to them.
If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. Consumer Disputes Board Finnish businesses are required to identify the competent out-of-court dispute-resolution body in their website terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.
